Place your order before 12 noon and it will normally be delivered between 9am-6pm.

With the exception of funerals,
Unfortunalty we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

RETURNS:
Knocknacarra florists guarantee that every order delivered by us
personally will be of the highest of quality,
In the unlightly event of a complaint we must be notified as soon as possible
after delivery and always within 24 hours.

Substitution Policy :
In the event of certain flowers being unavailable,
we may need to substitute some items but we will
endevour to try and stick to the ordered color scheme, and style where possible.
We also guarantee that the flowers we will use for
the substitution are fresh and of equal or a higher value.
